Where to Find Your Tracking ID

  • Check the SMS sent to the sender's phone at time of pickup
  • Check the confirmation email from xpress@techotraders.com.lk
  • It's printed on the shipping label beneath the barcode
  • Contact the sender if you're the recipient and don't have the ID
  • Try demo IDs: TXT-2025-001 or J00038456
